Just like every company worldwide, companies in the Gerbaud Group have been enduring the Covid crisis. The business has been affected and our entire organisation has been adjusted to comply with national health guidelines.
Our action plan
In line with government measures designed to slow down the spread of Covid-19, Absoger and Gerbaud Isolation have implemented an action plan for all employees.
The activity hasn’t stopped but it has been considerably reduced in order to protect our employees’ health.
A telephone hotline is available on +33 (0)5 63 31 63 76 from Monday to Friday during usual opening hours. The company stays open for deliveries and shipments, however over-the-counter deliveries will only take place for emergencies and after having telephoned.
The telephone after-sales service remains open, however only essential interventions will be carried out in France.
All our sales teams remain available from home to answer your questions and to support you in all your projects. Remote meetings are favoured.
Our design office stays open and staff continues working from home as well.
Our production unit is operating with a reduced workforce and continues to manufacture all equipment which has been ordered.
However, we are postponing all scheduled work sites and travels until further notice and will keep you informed of any new decisions taken.
